Munich, 16 September 2015 – Technology company The Linde Group has been listed on the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI) for the fourth year in a row. Linde’s sustainability performance thus continues to rank in the top ten percent of its industry. In all, twenty categories in the areas of economic, environmental and social performance were assessed, with topics such as customer focus, innovation management and compliance coming under as much scrutiny as climate protection, product stewardship and labour practices. Linde received special recognition this year in a number of areas, in particular for its reporting on environmental and social topics.
DJSI is an internationally renowned sustainability share index. It covers the top ten percent of the 2,500 largest companies in the world listed on the S&P Global Broad Market Index. The companies are assessed by analysts from RobecoSAM, an independent service provider for sustainable investments.
